Lowestoft Town (H)

Friday 02/10/2015

It is back to the bread and butter of league action this weekend for the Pitmen as Lowestoft Town visit Keys Park for just the second time in their history.

Lowestoft were actually the first side to visit us in 2015 and a similar result this time around would once again go down well as Bernard McNally’s side look to make it four games unbeaten in all competitions.

The manager knows though that it will be another tricky game for the Pitmen as he looks for his first league victory since returning.

“We know that this Saturday’s game will be tough but I really hope that we can pick up where we left off last week and this time gain three points in the league with a victory. We are three unbeaten now and hopefully we can keep that going.”

McNally is set to be without striker Marvin Robinson who pulled a calf muscle in training while Tom James undertook some light training ahead of a hoped return to action at the weekend.

Jon Adams meanwhile has been allowed a chance to get some game time away from Keys Park as he looks to return to fitness.

The game kicks off at the usual Saturday time of 3.00pm.
