The Pitmen’s pre-season campaign continues this evening as we welcome Crewe Alexandra U21s to Keys Park.

Liam McDonald’s side are looking to bounce back from the disappointment of losing to Banbury United on Saturday when the next generation of Crewe talent visit us.

Over the years the Crewe development programme has produced a host of players that have gone on to grace the highest levels of football, with ourselves benefitting from being able to sign Chris Clements and Cheyenne Dunkley after they progressed for their system.

Pitmen striker Danny Glover is set to miss the game after picking up a shoulder injury while opening the scoring on Saturday. Michael Williams has now returned to full training and should be available for selection while Tristian Dunkley may also be involved after missing out recently.  

The game kicks off at the usual evening time of 7.45pm and we look forward to welcoming you to Keys Park.
