Hednesford Town can this morning confirm the arrival of forward Devarn Green at Keys Park.

The highly rated left-winger/striker spent last pre-season with Cardiff City, after being released by Blackburn Rovers, before linking up with the Pitmen over the course of the last few weeks.

Green, 20, from Birmingham was with Burton Albion until he was 16 when Blackburn paid an undisclosed fee for his services in 2014.

He will go straight into the squad for the trip to Shaw Lane later today.
