Hednesford Town Football Club are pleased to announce the arrival of striker Lewis Archer from Evo-Stik Southern Central League side Rushall Olympic.

The highly rated 20-year-old arrives at Keys Park after the Pitmen made a seven day approach for the services of Archer – with the striker opting to join Rob Smith’s squad.

Archer made his breakthrough into the Pics first team last season, after impressing in their Under 21 side, with him being a regular part of their squad and scoring on a regular basis.

The striker has penned a one year deal with the Pitmen and will be available for selection for Saturday’s trip to Whitby Town.

Meanwhile we can also now confirm that young striker Romario Martin, who arrived at the club earlier this month to boost squad numbers, has now departed from Keys Park.
