The draw for the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Cup has today been made – with Hednesford Town being handed a short away trip to Rugby Town of the United Counties League Premier Division.

The game against ‘The Valley’ will take place at Butlin Road on Saturday 22nd September, kicking off at the usual Saturday afternoon time of 3pm.

Rugby won through to the Second Qualifying Round with a 4-2 win over Redditch United who play two levels higher than Rugby in the non-league pyramid.

The winners of the tie will also receive £9,000 in prize money
