Hednesford Town v Royston Town (H)

Friday 11/10/2019

It is back to the PRG Stadium at Keys Park for the third time in a week as Hednesford Town face Royston Town in the BetVictor Premier League Central on Saturday 12th November. The Crows sit in tenth place, five points behind The Pitmen with a game in hand.

New signings Andre Brown and Elliot Hodge who were both cup-tied for the Blyth Spartans game will be available after making their debuts against Burton Albion in the Birmingham Senior Cup on Monday night. On the new arrivals Gary Hayward said;

“Hodge had a great game and Brown showed what a powerful lad he is against Burton. The signing of these two players and Enoch Andoh a couple of weeks ago does not mean there will be anyone leaving. We will be playing twice a week for the near future between now and Christmas and everyman is needed, we will need to utilise the strength and depth of the squad, as there are many games to fit in”.

On the injury front Ben O’Hanlon continues his return to fitness, Brad Wells and Matt Curley are doubtful for Saturday while Kris Scott returned to action as a substitute on Monday night, after previously rolling his ankle.

Kick-off is at the usual Saturday time of 3pm.
