Squad news from Keys Park

Tuesday 19/05/2015

Manager Rob Smith today confirmed that striker Marvin Robinson has agreed to continue his stay at Keys Park after signing him up for the 2015/16 season.

The popular front-man has become somewhat of a cult hero after first arriving in October 2010, with his hat-trick against Stafford Rangers in 2011 living in memory of all those in attendance forevermore.

Despite ‘temporarily’ departing from the club, he arrived back at Keys Park in December 2013 to help us into the Conference North play-offs, scoring a number of vital goals over the course of the last 18 months.

Meanwhile popular midfielder Tom Thorley is set to sign for league rivals AFC Telford United this week after he ended an 18 month stay with the club.

Hednesford Town would like to thank Tom for all his efforts during his stay with us with him being part of the squad that helped us gain a play-off spot at the end of the 2013/14 campaign
