Attacking options bolstered at Keys Park

Friday 04/03/2016

Manager Frank Sinclair has today moved to bolster the attacking options at his disposal at Keys Park.

Blackburn Rovers forward Modou Cham has this morning joined the club on a loan deal until 2nd April in time for tomorrow’s trip to Gloucester City.

The 19-year-old is a product of the Rovers Academy, having been with the club since an early age, making his first appearance for the Under-18s despite only being 14.

A lively attacker who is comfortable on either flank, Cham grabbed six goals from 25 appearances for the Reserves and Academy teams last season.

Earlier this campaign he spent time on loan with fellow conference side Stockport County, making six appearances and scoring one goal for the Hatters before a calf injury cut short his spell.

Sinclair has also been boosted by the return to the club of striker Marvin Robinson.

The experienced front-man is very much a fans’ favourite at Keys Park and will provide another attacking option following a spell at Stafford Rangers after starting the season with the Pitmen.
