Hednesford Town are pleased to announce that midfielder Mitchell Glover has joined the club and will go be in the squad for the New Year’s Day encounter with Tamworth. Mitchell, then 16, became the youngest player to score for Nuneaton Town at the start of the 2017/18 season and his early performances attracted the attention of Leicester City amongst others. He opted to join Darlington in December 2017 and his time with the Quakers featured a loan spell at Kidsgrove last season. Mitchell joined league rivals Stratford Town during the summer where he has made ten appearances and scored twice.
