We have today agreed a deal to bring young Mansfield Town midfielder Chris Spencer to Keys Park on a one month loan deal from Sky Bet League Two side Mansfield Town.

The 18-year-old, who was voted as their Academy player of the season for 2013/14, has a strong physical presence, boasts excellent pace and isn’t afraid of trying his luck with long-range attempts.

Last season he flourished at Field Mill when he was given the responsibility of the under-18 captaincy, with him signing his first professional contract in May this year.
