Hednesford Town can today confirm that full back Sam Griffiths has been released by the club.

Griffiths, 29, joined the club from local rivals Stafford Rangers in 2018 and became a regular in the Pitmen side at right back but occasionally filling in at both left back and centre back as required. Sam underwent an operation at the start of last season and has been unlucky with injuries keeping him out over the last few months.
