Hednesford Town can today confirm that matchday secretary Phil Fisher has stood down from his role with immediate effect due to health related issues.

Phil joined us during the defunct 2020/21 season having been in the same role at fellow southern premier league central club Rushall Olympic and has been an integral part of our behind the scenes matchday operation.

Whilst the club is sad that Phil has stood down from his role we fully understand his reasons and the board of directors as well as the wider club would like to place on record our thanks to Phil for all of his hard work at Hednesford Town and we hope to still see him at as many games as he can attend.
