Hednesford Town Sign Kory Roberts

Saturday 22/06/2024

Hednesford Town are delighted to announce the signing of Central Defender Kory Roberts from Rushall Olympic.
Kory , 28, started his career at Walsall making his first team debut at the age of 18 subsequently appearing 26 times in League and earning himself a new contract in light of his impressive performances.
At the end of his contract and Covid proving problematic for teams, the elegant defender signed for Bromley appearing 26 times. He was then courted by our very own manager Steve King when he was in charge of Dartford making the move to work under him where he had a successful season of 22 appearances helping Dartford to the playoffs, before moving on to Hemel Hempstead.
Kory finished this season with Rushall Olympic and Manager Steve King was delighted to get his man. ‘ I am thrilled that we have been able to get Kory into the club; he is an elegant player; a good defender, very comfortable on the ball with great pedigree and having worked with him before I know just how good a player he is. It’s a very good signing for the club and I am delighted to get this one over the line’
Everyone at Keys Park wishes Kory the best of luck during his time here at Keys Park!
