Tomorrow afternoon we prepare to play our final pre-season fixture of the summer when we make the short journey to Chasetown.

This fixture will see Rob Smith and Larry Chambers making their final decisions on who is to get a starting spot for the first game of the season which follows a week later against Scarborough Athletic at Keys Park.

Our last trip to Chasetown came at the start of August 2017 when we played out a competitive goalless draw against our near neighbours.

After this week finalising his squad for the start of the forthcoming campaign, Smith will be looking for a strong performance from his team.

The game kicks off at 3pm and we thank those who are planning on making the short journey to Chasetown.
