Hednesford Town Football Club have today completed the loan signing of Jonathan Royle from Wrexham.

Royle arrives on loan at Keys Park from the North Wales club for the rest of the season and is predominantly a central midfielder but can also play in defence.

The 21-year-old is no stranger to manager Frank Sinclair with him having spent two spells on loan at Colwyn Bay.

Sinclair said:

“Jonathan is a player that I have had on loan a couple of times before when I was at Colwyn Bay and is someone that I have been trying to bring into the club for a number of weeks.

“Sadly the time wasn’t right for Wrexham at that point as he was on the fringe of the first team squad but now he has been able to join us and he knows this league well.”

Subject to international clearance, Royle will be available for the home clash against Stockport County at Keys Park on Saturday.
