Tuesday 05/07/2016

Hednesford Town are planning to invite supporters along to an open training session at Keys Park as Liam McDonald wants to let fans learn more about his new look squad of players.

From 7pm on Thursday 7th, the squad will be training at Keys Park with supporters being invited to come along and have the opportunity to mingle with the new faces at the club as the manager looks to create a bond between fans and players.

The manager said:

“I was asked the question at the recent ‘Meet the Manager’ night regarding training, so to clarify that this Thursday (7th) all supporters are welcome to come and have a look at our training session and meet the players and the staff if they haven’t done so already.”

The Pitmen’s first pre-season game takes place on Saturday, 9 July, at Keys Park against Chasetown with the game kicking off at 3pm. A full preview for the game will be released closer to the game.
