The club have been advised today by the Evo-Stik NPL that, after considering the representations of both clubs and the match referee, the away match at Ilkeston FC on Tuesday 20th September that had to be abandoned in the 86th minute due to floodlight failure, is to be replayed at a date to be advised.
The League Management Committee have made a provision to ensure that Hednesford Town FC’s additional costs of fulfilling the fixture are reimbursed from the proceeds of the match.
Additionally, it was confirmed that floodlights powered by on-site generators are allowed by the League.
