Hednesford Town Football Club are pleased to announce that defender Nathan Fox has today signed a one-year contract with the club.
This comes after the left-back, who has put in a number of good performances during pre-season, had been the subject of a seven-day approach from Halesowen Town.
The 25-year-old decided his future lay at Keys Park though and thus signed a contract for the 2018/19 campaign.
Following this move manager Rob Smith said:
“Nathan has looked very assured in pre-season which has prompted a lot of interest from other clubs.
“I’m delighted that that he has decided he wants to be fully committed to Hednesford Town with the signing of this one-year deal today. This gives us some real stability in a specialist position.”
Fox, along with the rest of teammates, will return to action on Tuesday, 31 July, evening when Wolves U23s visit Keys Park in our latest pre-season fixture.
