Hednesford Town v Stratford Town (H)

Friday 20/12/2019

BetVictor Premier Division Central action returns to The PRG Stadium at Keys Park on Saturday as Hednesford Town face Stratford Town for the third time this season. Honours are even after the two previous encounters away from home. Stratford are currently in 18th place having played three more games than fifth-placed Hednesford. The Town have not won in the league since the 4-1 win against the Pitmen in November.

Ahead of the game joint caretaker manager Danny Glover said; “We have played at Stratford twice and we know it will be another tough game. Although we beat them 2-1 in the FA Trophy, they got the better of us in the league. The lads will be well prepared and ready to go; hopefully we will be able to put it right.”

New striker Ethan Jones is available after joining from Alvechurch FC and Jack Hallahan returns from suspension. Ben O’Hanlon misses out through injury.

Danny added; “The management team and the players at Hednesford Town would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! We look forward to seeing as many faces as possible over the next few weeks as we have a number of big games coming up, your support will continue to drive us on”.

Kick-off is at 3pm.
