Hednesford Town v Stourbridge FC

Friday 18/09/2020

The wait is nearly over as Pitching In Southern League Central action returns to the PRG Stadium at Keys Park with Stourbridge FC the opponents. The visitors have had an impressive pre-season in terms of results with six wins and a draw, including victories over Kettering Town and Rushall Olympic in their last two outings. The Pitmen have a host of new players as well as a number of returning favourites and with the possibility of three former Pitmen, Ben O’Hanlon, Kieran Morris and Anthony Dwyer, featuring for the Glassboys, it is certain to be a highly competitive and entertaining game.

Ahead of the game manager, Andy Morrell commented; “It is a huge game to be kicking off with at home in front of our supporters and the players will be absolutely ready for it. We will need your amazing support; hopefully we can give you something to cheer about after such a long time away.”
