DWYER JOINS PITMEN

Hednesford Town are pleased to announce that Anthony Dwyer has agreed to join the club from fellow Southern League Central Premier side Stourbridge FC.
Pacey forward Dwyer, 23, who had dual nationality with Montserrat and England, began his career with Mansfield Town before joining his first senior club in Ilkeston Town. Spells then followed with Stafford Rangers, Matlock and AFC Telford United. Dwyer had a few months here at the PRG Stadium @ Keys Park appearing in both the Birmingham Senior Cup Final and the Staffordshire Senior Cup Final, in which he scored for the Pitmen against Stafford Rangers, before joining Leamington in 2018/19. Other clubs Anthony has been with include Southern League Central Premier side Tamworth and National League side Bromley before he settled at Stourbridge.
Anthony is very excited at linking up with the Pitmen and should be available for this weekends trip to Royston Town.
