Hednesford Town are pleased to announce the signing of exciting Young forward Rob Hanna on a dual registration basis with Dudley Town FC.

Hanna, 18, made the breakthrough to Dudley’s first team the season and has put in some superb performances that led to Pitmen boss Keenen Meakin-Richards handing the youngster a trial and he has immediately impressed the management team and his new team mates with his ability and maturity. Meakin-Richards said “Rob is exactly the kind of young player we want around the club, he is exciting to watch and has the ability to go a long way in the game. Now he has signed he needs to knuckle down to work and try to breakthrough into the first team”.

Hanna will feature in today’s friendly with Romulus and is eligible for Tuesday FA Trophy tie with Welwyn Garden City FC.
