Hednesford Town are excited to announce the signing of winger Chay Tilt from fellow Southern League Premier Central side Redditch United.

Tilt, 23, arrives at the PRG Stadium @ Keys Park with an already impressive footballing CV, having began his career with West Brom the wide man, who can also play as an attacking central midfielder, joined QPR where he spent 3 years before moving in to non league football joining Stourbridge for a spell before getting an opportunity with Macclesfield Town in the National league. He then moved on to go Tamworth briefly before going back to Stourbridge last season.

Manager Keenen Meakin-Richards said “ Chay is a really good player who will do well for us, he’s a player with have had on the radar for a while as he is well known and established at this level whilst still being young and hungry, he’s exactly the kind of lad we want here with us and I’m delighted he has come”.

Chay has been signed in time to be eligible for Saturdays FA Cup tie at home to Cleethorpes Town.
