Well its been a busy day for the Pitmen behind the scenes as the final day to get the players in for the Pitmen under league rules kicks in, and we welcome it with first signing of two players joining the Pitmen today, in the form of Birmingham City U23s Forward player Yohan Zohore (19), who joins Hednesford Town FC on loan for the remainder of the season.

Yohan originally from France, has impressed in all games played and has had regular football for Blues U23s team playing in Premier League 2 action.  The pacey and direct forward has a sure eye for goal, and has impressed everyone to date.

Speaking about the loan agreement, the management team stated, “Originally Birmingham City wasn’t seeking to loan him out, however having seen some of our recent games, and alongside the Loan of Oliver Basey in between the sticks, Blues have been impressed with the football on and off the pitch which we are continually building.  We recognised we need a more options in the final third to add diversity and options with our attacking play, but as we’ve stated previously it must be for the right players.  We’re delighted that Blues have agreed this loan agreement for Yohan, as he’s a tremendous talent, and certainly fits the Pitmens requirements.  We’re building for today and tomorrow at all times, and we would like to thank Birmingham City for allowing this loan to happen, as we know for sure that todays signings will help us push harder than ever to achieve our goals, and will add more goals upfront too”.
