Hednesford Town can today confirm that striker Ryan Nesbitt has joined the club from fellow Southern League Premier Central side Redditch United.

Nesbitt, 24, has played for a number of clubs at step 3 and 4 including Loughborough, Bedworth United and Alverchurch where he scored 22 goals across the 2021/22 season for those clubs before moving to Redditch United, scoring the only goal in the opening day game at the RACE Stadium.

The forward is a Cannock born lad and has worked hard around various step 4 clubs scoring plenty of goals before continuing the pattern since his move up to step 3 with Alverchurch and Redditch and we are delighted to welcome him in time for tonights game against Bromsgrove Sporting
