It is with regret that, after a formal 7 Day Notice of Approach, Joe Thompson has decided to leave Keys Park to take up an offer at promotion chasing Runcorn Linnets FC.
The club made an improved offer to try to keep Thommo at the club and, after initially, accepting the revised terms he has decided to now leave the club.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Joe for his efforts during this difficult season and to wish him all the best for the future.
