Ticket prices are as follows –

Adult – £7.50
Concessions – £5.00
(Student showing NUS card, u18’S, over 60’s & Disabled (inc carer))

Family tickets –
1 Adult and 1 child – £10.00
1 Adult and 2 children – £12.00
Family Ticket (2 Adults and 2 children) – £20.00

Online booking price £2.00 (per order).

Proof of your online purchase to be provided on the turnstile entry, including any concession or family ticket purchase (for proof of age or similar to ensure your valid for the purchased ticket.  Should anyone, not have being eligible for the purchase chosen the difference will be payable on the turnstile entry to allow access into the ground).

All tickets are first come first served basis.

Tickets are non-refundable (unless the game is cancelled for COVID or other force majeure circumstances.  In the event of the game been postponed (for example extreme weather), then your tickets will be transferred to the newly selected date and will be valid for any alternative date selected).

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ANY PURCHASE IS DONE VIA YOUR LAPTOP OR COMPUTER, AS CERTAIN MOBILE DEVICES MAY BLOCK YOU BEEN ABLE TO LOG ONTO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF THE TICKETS (ESPECIALLY IF LOGGING ON VIA TWITTER OR FACEBOOK).  THIS CAN RESULT IN NO TICKET OR PAYMENT BEING ABLE TO BE TAKEN.  NOTE : THIS IS NOT THE CASE IN MOST CASES HOWEVER, WE ONLY HIGHLIGHT THIS INCASE OF ANY TECHNICAL ISSUE YOU MAY ENCOUNTER.

Upon completing your online purchase, you will be emailed your tickets, which you show upon entry to the ground.  Should they not appear in your inbox within 24 hours, please email sales@hednesfordtownfc.com with your full name, email, contact number and address, and another copy will be resent, alternatively your details will be held at the gate for your ease of entry.

Online ticket sales are available for up to 5 hours before kick off.  if further tickets are then available, a cash gate may be opened on the day, however this will be advertised via our facebook and twitter pages if these become available.  So book your tickets early to secure your place.

COVID –

A Full Track & Trace system will also be in place along with temperature checks prior to entry.  Full covid-19 safety protocols are also around the ground.  Please ensure you all adhere to these safety measures.  Look for the hand wash stations, yellow social distancing markers on the floor (which indicate safe standing areas for your social bubbles), and remember to socially distance from other social bubbles at all times.  We also recommend that masks are worn where possible.  Also the legal requirement to use the NHS track & Trace system is required to be used via a QR scanner on your mobile as you enter the ground (you will find these posters in the turnstiles as you access the ground).

Social Distancing is required at all times around the ground.  Please ensure when using the stands (especially seated areas this is respected at all times).

Remember that all protocols are in place to support footballs return and we as a club wish to maintain our fans visiting the games at all times.  We thank you all for helping us achieve this, by following our in ground policies.
