The Hednesford Town management team of Nicky Eaden and Gary Hayward have today further bolstered their playing squad with the addition of two new faces.
The Pitmen have moved to bring in free agent midfielder Danny Racchi while left-wing back Ben O’Hanlon joins on loan from Darlington until the end of the season.
Racchi, 31, was most recently with Curzon Ashton in the National League North but began his career in the Football League with Huddersfield Town in 2007.
A spell at Bury followed before he switched to the non-league game with Wrexham and York City. A move north of border to Kilmarnock in 2011 followed before further spells with Hyde, FC Halifax Town, Tamworth, Torquay United and FC United of Manchester over the course of the last four years.
22-year-old O’Hanlon meanwhile began his career with Wolverhampton Wanderers. Loan spells with Corby Town, Nuneaton Town and AFC Telford United followed before he departed Molineux in June 2017 to link up with Harrogate Town.
The left sided player made the switch to National League North side Darlington just over a year ago.
Both players will be available for tomorrow’s trip to Buxton.
