Hednesford Town supporters not making the journey to South Shields on Saturday are being urged to come along and support the future generations as they take to the Keys Park pitch.

The Hednesford Town Newlands football menu starts at 10.30am when the Under 16s take on Walsall Community Trust. This is followed by the Under 13s, who will kick-off following the conclusion of the first fixture.

Youth Chairperson, Stuart Harris, said:

“We want to offer Hednesford Town supporters more football and this is a fantastic opportunity for them to come down to the ground and support our local players.

“The football delivered will be of high standard as we compete in the Midland Junior Premier League which is one of the most competitive if not the most competitive league outside of professional academy football. We look forward to seeing some new faces in attendance!”

Strikers Bar will also be open from 11.30am until 1.30pm – so not only offering a place for supporters to meet but an opportunity to see our youth academy players as they continue their journey into the first team.
