Hednesford Town FC will be opening it’s large function room, to become a socially distanced meeting room this coming Saturday 8th August 2020.

As recently advised, The Pitmen team are welcoming all fans to a general open meeting which will be chaired by the new manager, Andy Morrell and the Assistant Manager, Danny Glover.

At this Meet the Manager Meeting, Andy and Danny will be speaking about the new team, the club set up and the future of The Pitmen.

At the end of the briefing the floor will be opened for questions from anyone who may have them.

The club will be serving bar snacks and drinks throughout the afternoon.

NOTE : DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE MEDICAL CHECKS AND COMPLETE THE TRACK & TRACE INFORMATION PRIOR TO BEEN GIVEN ENTRY.

ALL GUESTS WILL ALSO HAVE TO ADHERE TO THE STRICT GOVERNMENT SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS (AS THE ROOM WILL BE SET UP IN ADVANCE FOR) AND RESPECT AND MAINTAIN SUITABLE SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS AT ALL TIMES. WE WILL ALSO OPERATE A MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TO ENSURE SOCIAL DISTANCING CAN BE MAINTAINED. THEREFORE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED WITH REGARDS TO ACCESS.
