We are currently reviewing opening hours for the club.
Whilst we are running our online ticket sales (a must given track & trace during these COVID times if we wish to operate in the safest way possible given our ground grading), and it also allows for a faster entry system. We still encourage everyone to purchase tickets in advance to home games via our website.
We will however be open between 4pm – 8pm today (21st September 2020) to enable our fans to pre-purchase tickets directly at the club via the online system (for anyone who hasn’t got internet access) for Tuesdays FA Cup game against Long Eaton.
We will also operate a cash gate for Tuesdays game (however this is first come, first served – in case of another sell out).
The only way you can ever be sure in advance will be via the pre-purchase online system.
Anyone paying on the gate, please can you ensure you bring along a paper for track & trace which confirms each person in your groups, the following details –
- Full Name.
- Address.
- Mobile Number.
- Confirmation you have not being in contact with anyone with COVID in the last 21 days.
- Confirmation you agree to us holding your details for Track & Trace requirements.
The above information is key to assist with speedy entrance.
Gates 2A & 2B will be open for away fans entry.
Gate 3A will be open for fast pass entry for Home fans with Pre-booked tickets.
Gate 3b will be the cash gate.
(PLEASE REMEMBER TO SOCIALLY DISTANCE AT ALL TIME WHEN QUEUING AND WHILST WITHIN THE GROUND).
With regards Saturdays game also away to Lowerstoft Town, it has now being confirmed by the hosting club, they are only operating a cash at the gate entry system on the day.
We will soon be operating fixed opening hours where tickets will be able to be purchased from the ticket office at the ground (should anyone not have access to purchase in advance online). We will also soon be opening our new club shop week days and again will soon be advertising its opening hours. These times will be confirmed in future announcements.
