Hednesford Town are delighted to announce that 20 year old Taylor Allen has joined the Pitmen on loan.

Allen, who was born in nearby Walsall, plays as either a left winger or a striker. Beginning his career in the National League North with Nuneaton Borough before going on trial at Leicester and turning down several premier league offers to sign for League Two Forest Green Rovers in 2019 scoring on his debut against Oldham Athletic. He then signed for Hereford on loan last season where he made 3 appearances scoring once prior to the seasons curtailment.

We are pleased to have secured the agreement to bring Taylor in on loan, with Forest Green also agreeing to allow him to play in the FA Trophy at the end of the month and he will be eligible for Saturdays game away to AFC Rushden and Diamonds.
