It is with great sadness that we confirm that as of immediate effect, Andy Morrell is no longer Manager of Hednesford Town Football Club, having had his contract terminated early.

In the meantime, we regroup and go again this Saturday, and we hope you all will join getting behind our team once again.  As the club is currently one of the highest attended clubs in the country right now, and that is down to you the fans.  This is something to be proud of no matter what, and an accolade that would be a phenomenal change of tides and could not even be envisaged 12 months ago.

The club will release a further statement later this week, to the amazing fan base, who have supported this new chapter of the club, as to the next steps that the club will be making and to who will be taking over on an interim basis.

However, for now we hope you all wish Andy Morrell a huge thank you for all his hard work and efforts which have been considerable behind the scenes and wish him all the best for future endeavours.
