Hednesford Town can today confirm that Midfielder Rhys Thompson has left the club along with on loan goalkeeper Cameron Gregory.

Thompson, who has made 8 appearances this term, joined the Pitmen from Kidsgrove Athletic during the 2019/20 season and has agreed to depart the club by mutual consent. We wish Rhys all the best in his future career.

Gregory joined the club on loan from League One Shrewsbury Town has been recalled by the New Meadow side following injuries to other goalkeepers within their squad, we thank Cameron for his contribution during his loan spell and we wish him all the best for the remainder of the season at Shrewsbury.
