TODD PARKER ARRIVES AT THE PRG STADIUM

Hednesford Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Midfielder Hot Property Todd Parker.

Todd (19), who has signed on contract, comes from Wolverhampton Wanderers, and has proven his consistent performances whilst playing under a title of trialist during recent games.  He has spent 10 years at Wolves, coming through the ranks of their Youth and Academy programme.  Todd is an exciting box to box player, who works tirelessly every game giving his all for the team.  His ability to preform, adapt and influence a game is exceptional and he brings an exciting energy into the squad as it builds further ready for the upcoming season.

Todd stated, “My main playing style would be box to box midfielder, with my main attributes being my passing, work rate, ball retention, dribbling and ball winning.  As soon as I spoke with Keenan, with what he and his team were doing and the way they wanted to play I knew this perfectly suited myself.  So after the first conversation, I knew it was something that I was interested in being a part of.  Then once I had met up with the squad I knew straight away that it was a project I wanted to be involved with.”

The management trio of KMR, Deakz & Jemiah said upon his arrival, “Todd brings a talent to the squad, having developed for years at Wolves, to the highest standards.  He is a huge statement of intent by the club, as we beat off a host of league & conference clubs, to land Todd’s signature on his contract.  Todd has been superb on and off the pitch since he walked through the door.  He is a real talent and we are all excited to see us progress together.  Thanks again to Graham, Hayden & Terry for backing us once again.  Without their hard work the deal couldn’t have happened.”
