Hednesford Town can today confirm that midfielder Jed Davies has agreed to join Brocton on a  short term  dual registration loan.

Davies, 26, suffered an ankle injury on the eve of the season and returned to full training last week after a frustrating period being on the sidelines and will join the north west counties league side on a dual registration loan to build up his fitness.

Manager Keenen Meakin-Richards said “Jed was so unlucky to pick up that injury in training right on the start of the season, he’s been pushing to get back from the minute it happened and with him returning to training last week we need to get some games and fitness into him so he will go out to Brocton to get minutes”.
