Hednesford Town are pleased to announce that defender Ben Kaninda has joined the club from League One Wycombe Wanderers on an initial months loan.

Kaninda, 19, began his career with West Bromwich Albion’s academy before moving on to join Shrewsbury Town in 2020. The powerful centre back then made the move to Wycombe at the beginning of the 2022/23 season, impressing on his debut for the club in a Papa John’s Trophy game against Tottenham Hotspur U23’s.

We are pleased Ben has joined us on loan and with thanks to Wycombe for allowing him to join us we look forward to seeing Ben in a Pitmen shirt.
