In a major statement of intent, Hednesford Town FC have today completed the signing of midfielder and club captain Tom Thorley from Skrill North rivals Worcester City FC.

Rob Smith has agreed a one year contract with the player with a further one year option and we are currently awaiting confirmation of the player’s availability to join the squad for tonight’s home match against Colwyn Bay FC.

We would all like to welcome Tom to the club, he will surely prove to be a major acquisition for The Pitmen.
