The Pitmen have today registered former Port Vale midfielder Joe Berks, bringing him in from Newcastle Town FC.

Joe is rejoining Paul Moore, his former boss at Newcastle Town and is looking forward to the challenge of keeping the Pitmen in this division.

Paul had this to say “Joe Berks is a quick and tricky footballer, he brings experience of this league and above having come through at Port Vale, played at Stafford Rangers, Chasetown and lately at Newcastle Town where I brought Joe in.
He is a positive young man at 23, great work ethic for the team and I’m sure will be loved by the supporters as he loves to attack at pace.
He is a great addition to our squad.”
