Hednesford Town Football Club is today in a position to announce that there have been changes to a couple of positions ‘behind the scenes’ at Keys Park.
The end of March 2015 saw Stadium Safety Officer Rob Hicks leaving Keys Park for pastures new as he relocated to the North West of England.
We are now pleased to confirm that Carl Cooper has accepted the offer to take up the role after first approaching the club just before the mid-way point of the last campaign with an offer of help. Carl has been undergoing the various qualifications and brings with him a number of fresh ways of working.
Meanwhile Chris Brewerton has also had to make the decision to step down from the role of Press Officer due to an increase in workload and family life in the last year.
Stepping up to the role is Scott Smith who will look after the regular match-day duties from this season onwards.
The Football Club would like to put on record its thanks to Rob and Chris who have been a part of the band of volunteers behind the scenes at the club for some time and we want to thank them for their efforts during that time.
