Academy Information Evening – Tonight at Keys Park

Wednesday 06/04/2016

Tonight we will be holding an open meeting at Keys Park to provide information about the Hednesford Town FC Scholarship programme that will be commencing next season.
The programme is open to students in the 16-18 year age group and this season’s intake is particularly aimed at boys currently in their final GCSE year at school. Boys who have attended Football League and Premier League Academies but who may be released during the next few weeks would be particularly suitable for the programme and will find that it could be an excellent route back into their chosen sport, whilst studying for a nationally recognised qualification.
The football club will be running this programme in partnership with BMETC, Sutton Coldfield, as the education provider and Mr Jason Allen of BMETC will be in attendance tonight to outline the Scholarship programme and to answer any questions that prospective students and parents would wish to ask.
Frank Sinclair will also be in attendance at the meeting to provide a club perspective.
The meeting will commence at 7.00pm at Keys Park and all are welcome.
