Ahead of the start of the new season on Saturday we bring you a round-up of news from the club.

New Sponsorship Deal Agreed
The Pitmen are pleased to confirm that they have agreed a new partnership with Marston’s Beer Company.
The deal sees the brewers sponsoring the players’ warm-up kit for the forthcoming campaign.
General Manager, Carl Cooper, said:

“I am pleased to be working with Marston’s over the upcoming season and the announcement that Marston’s will be sponsoring the players’ warm-up kit is an excellent opportunity to develop new promotions and ideas with our local breweries.”

Marston’s Business Development Manager Adam said:

“Marston’s Beer Company are proud to be a partner of Hednesford Town FC for the upcoming 2016/17 season. With the club being local to both our Marston’s brewery in Burton and Banks’s Brewery in Wolverhampton we are thrilled to supply the thirsty fans of Hednesford Town FC with our range of Cask and Craft beers to help cheer  on their team to victory.”

Shirts Now On Sale
We are pleased to confirm that first team replica shirts for the 2016/17 season are now on sale at Keys Park.
After agreeing a deal with macronstore Cardiff at the end of last season, the Pitmen have again kept their traditional white shirts with black trim for the upcoming campaign. This will be accompanied by black shorts and black and white hooped socks.
The away strip colour, which was chosen by members of the Hednesford Town Football Club Supporters Association after being asked to vote on five different options, will see us returning to a red with white trim option. This will be accompanied by red shorts and red and white hooped socks.

Priced at £27.99 and £34.99 shirts are available in sizes of 3XS to 3XL. Supporters can purchase the shirts from the Commercial Office at Keys Park between 10am and 4pm each day or alternatively from the macronstore direct where a further range of Pitman leisure wear is also available: http://www.macronstorecardiff.com/collections/hednesford-town-fc

Monday Night Football
The decision has been made over the summer to switch the night on which we play any home games during midweek.
Over the course of the last eight years it has been traditional for us to play home games on a Tuesday evening. However, following a request from our new management team, the decision was made to switch to a Monday evening at the usual time of 7.45pm.
So from now on all league and cup matches will take place at Keys Park on a Monday night, as you will have already seen with the scheduled league fixtures which were released last month.
