Hednesford Town Football Club can now confirm that they have received a seven day approach for the services of Calum Flanagan from National League side Solihull Moors.

The defender joined the club in the summer and apart from a one game suspension has been an ever present so far this season.

The Pitmen can also confirm that fellow defender Cohen Bramall has recently spent time on trial at Crystal Palace and Sheffield Wednesday after impressing a number of clubs with his performances in this campaign.

Cohen is also due to spend two days with Shrewsbury Town next week, but will miss the trip to Grantham Town on Saturday due to a groin injury.

As such manager Paul Casey moved this week to reinforce his defence with the signing of left-back Courtney Wildin on loan from Boston United.
