Hednesford Town have today bolstered their attacking options with the signing of striker Andre Johnson on a dual registration deal from National League North side Boston United.
The 23-year-old, who scored twice within the Pilgrims’ first three league matches of this season, has been registered in time to be able to take his place in the squad for today’s visit of Farsley Celtic.
Johnson began his career with Worksop Town before linking up with Heanor Town. After impressing here, Corby Town moved to sign the striker, with him linking up with Alfreton Town last season.
Boston moved to sign Johnson in the summer of 2018 – with him scoring three times in 10 games this season.
