TICKET OFFICE & ONLINE SALES UPDATE

Wednesday 16/09/2020

To All Our Supporters,

We thank you for your patience during these times of the world we find ourselves in.  The online booking system has proven a huge success,  not only increasing ticket sales, but enabling a fast pass entry system.  In turn also the new online system allows the club to take all track & trace details needed, so all we need to do is a temperature check prior to entry (just to ensure we are providing a safe as possible environment for you all to enjoy your match day experiences).

That being said, we are now in a position, that we can at limited times open up our ticket office for those who cannot access the web to purchase tickets directly at the club also.

For our opening game this Saturday, we will open the club between 5pm till 8.30pm this Thursday (17/09/2020).  You will also be able to purchase your FA cup tickets at the same time for Tuesdays game.

FYI – The booking fee of £2.00 charged for online bookings, will still be applied when purchasing directly at the club, as we still have to use the same systems, to ensure we monitor and control crowd numbers in line with Government requirements.

The club only charge this to cover the costs which the club incurs due to having put this new system in place.

Alternatively, season tickets are still available, and the booking fee for these is not applicable.

We will soon be releasing further details on club opening hours for ticket purchases, as we will plan to do this for games moving forward as a secondary option for you the fans.  Therefore keep your eye on our website for further details on this once confirmed.

In the meantime, we ask that everyone who can possibly book online continues to do so, as this not only speeds the whole process up, it assists the club in monitoring admissions/purchases, and speeds up hugely the track and trace requirements needed currently.  This method is the preferred method for the club, and also helps keep everyone safe, and keeps ticketing costs lower for everyone.

We thank you for your support, and can’t wait to see you Saturday down at the ground.

Time to get behind the Pitmen, and be proud of the club that we are.
