The Pitmen are delighted to announce that George Cater has committed his near future to the club by signing a contract for the duration of the 2021-22 season.

The former WBA Academy winger, who more recently has been with Kidderminster Harriers, Stafford Rangers and had a very productive spell with Chasetown, has been in sparkling form throughout pre-season and into the first two league games.

Hednesford Town’s Asst Manager, Graham Deakin observed: “We as a management team are delighted to get George wrapped up on a contract. I think it’s been clear to everyone that since we took over ‘Cates’ has shown consistently how good he has been and he is only getting better. The start he has made to the season has proven he is a valuable member of the team. We see a big season ahead for ‘Cates’ and we’re delighted it’s going to be with us”

We all wish George well for the season.
