Hednesford Town are pleased to announce that Stoke City Under 21’s defender Luke Redfern has joined the Pitmen on loan.

Redfern, 19, began his career with Burton Albion under 18’s and spent time on loan with Nuneaton and Sutton Coldfield Town before making the switch to the Potters in the summer of 2022. The centre back has been a regular for the Championship side’s under 21’s and we are pleased that Stoke have allowed him to come to the RACE Stadium on loan.

Luke is eligible for selection for this weekends FA Trophy clash at the RACE Stadium against Stourbridge.
