Hednesford Town v West Bromwich Albion

Monday 30/01/2023

On Tuesday Hednesford will take a break from the rigours of Southern League football when they entertain
West Bromwich Albion in the third round of the Birmingham Senior Cup knowing that a home tie against
Redditch United awaits the winners in the next round.

It is expected that the Albion will be represented by a side made up of their youth and academy teams as was
the case in the last round when they visited our league rivals Stratford Town and came away with a 4-0 victory
thanks to a goal from Akeel Higgins and a hat-trick for Jovan Malcolm who later went on to score for the first
team in their 4-0 FA Cup win over National League Chesterfield.

Gates open at the RACE Stadium at 6.15pm for a 7.45pm kick off. As this is a cup game season tickets are not
valid but admission prices have been reduced to £10 for adults, £5 for concessions and under 16s while under
5s are free although they and any under 16s must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
