Hednesford Town can today confirm the signing of Jacob Gwilt.

Versatile 20 year old Gwilt, has appeared during pre season at left back for the Pitmen however he is equally at home in a holding midfield role and counts the University of Rio Grande and AFC Wulfrunians amongst his previous clubs.

On the signing of Gwilt manager Danny Glover said

“Jacob is another lad we took on trial during pre season and he has been very impressive, his dead ball delivery has been a real threat so far and he has been really enjoyable to work with so I am really happy he wants to be here for the season ahead”
