Hednesford Town are pleased to announce that
goalkeeper Ryan Brown has arrived on a 3 month loan from Kidsgrove Athletic.
Brown, 22, began his career with Port Vale in the Academy before joining Kidsgrove making 19 appearances in his first season in senior football 3 years ago. The young stopper signed a 3 year contract with Kidsgrove and with a brief loan spell at Eccleshall has plenty of Step 4 experience already despite his young age. Known as a Tall, athletic goalkeeper with a good command of his box we would like to thank Kidsgrove for allowing the stopper to come on loan to Keys Park as a number of other Step 4 clubs had made attempts to loan him.
Manager Danny Glover said “ Ryan is an exceptional goalkeeper, he may be young but he has been around the level for a few years and we are really pleased we were able to bring him in on loan as he will be a real asset to the club”.
Ryan is available for the trip to Mossley this weekend.
Welcome to the Pitmen Ryan.
